Who is the AIStart AI Incubator for?
The AI Incubator program is aimed at companies that want to explore the possibilities of applying AI in their business – without requiring a technical background. The program focuses especially on the use of AI in sales and marketing.

What does participation cost?
The AI Incubator is free of charge for participants, as it is publicly funded as part of a development project.

Do participants need experience with AI or coding?
No. The training is designed specifically for those who do not yet have prior experience with AI. The program progresses clearly from basics to practical application.

What are the benefits for my company?
You will gain a clear overall picture of AI’s potential in business, along with practical tools especially for sales, marketing, and customer service. By the end of the training, your company will have its own tailored action plan for adopting AI.

How is the training organized?
The training lasts 7 weeks and combines in-person and online sessions. The first and final meetings are held on-site at Haaga-Helia’s Pasila campus, while weeks 2–5 are delivered online. Week 6 is for self-study.

How much time does the training require weekly?
You should reserve about 2 hours per week for online sessions. In addition, working on your company’s own development project will take time depending on your schedule.

What if I can’t attend every week?
Attending every session is not mandatory, but we recommend being present especially at the kick-off and final sessions. Online sessions include learning materials and assignments that can be completed at your own pace.

Can more than one person from a company join?
Yes. Teams (max. 4 people per company) can participate, which helps apply the learnings more effectively in practice. However, each participant must register individually.

What do I need to participate?
All you need are basic tools (computer, internet connection, and camera/microphone), an open mind, and an interest in developing your skills with the help of AI.
